Most Brand Stores Get Built Once and Then Forgotten
Plenty of brands set up their Amazon Store over a weekend and never open the Store builder again. Months later the homepage still promotes a product that sold out and a holiday banner nobody took down.
Small build choices cause bigger problems. Add a parent ASIN instead of its child variations, and shoppers see "See all buying options" where the Add to Cart button should be.
We treat your store as part of your catalog. When a listing changes, gets suppressed or runs out of stock, the store gets updated in the same pass.

Wondering whether your Brand Store helps your sales or just sits there? Our team reviews every page, tile and product grid before suggesting a single change.
You get a short list of broken links, outdated pages and missing ASINs, plus the changes we would make first, with no obligation to sign up.
What We Check in Your Amazon Brand Store
We look at six parts of your store:
Dead Ends and Broken Links
We click through every tile and flag images that link nowhere or send shoppers to a page or ASIN that no longer exists.
Missing and Sold-Out ASINs
We compare your store against your active catalog and list products that are missing, discontinued or showing as out of stock.
Moderation Risks
We flag unsupported claims, prices or pack sizes baked into images, and contact details, all of which Amazon's store policies reject.
Add to Cart Coverage
We find grids and tiles built with parent ASINs, which show "See all buying options" in place of an Add to Cart button.
Page Structure
We check whether your subpages follow how shoppers browse your range, by category, use or need, or simply repeat one long product list.
Store Insights
We read your visitors, dwell time, bounce rate and attributed sales to see which pages hold attention and which lose shoppers.
Findings come in the order we would tackle them, each with the fix we recommend.

Storefront Support That Reaches Into Your Listings

A+ Content and Brand Story
Your store and your detail pages should tell the same story. We create and update A+ Content and Brand Story modules to match the store.

Product Images
Product tiles show the images from your detail pages, so we keep main and secondary images current through our Amazon imaging service.

Listing Optimization
Shoppers who click a product tile land on its detail page, so we tighten titles, bullets and keywords through our Amazon listing optimization work.

Catalog and Variation Fixes
Broken parentage or a suppressed ASIN leaves gaps in your product grids. Our Amazon catalog management team fixes the listing behind the gap.

Brand Registry Enrollment
No Store builder access yet? We help you enroll first. Our guide to Amazon Brand Registry covers what you need.

Deals and Seasonal Pages
We set up your coupons and deals, then add a Featured deals tile with the right ASINs so your store reflects them during sales events.
A store only stays useful while the listings behind it are healthy, and keeping listings healthy is the core of what our team does.

Your Brand Store Should Sell What You Stock Today
A one-time design project leaves you with a store nobody maintains, and an in-house designer rarely has the catalog access to fix what breaks it.
With Seller Candy, store updates sit inside the same month-to-month plan that covers your listings and catalog, without per-ticket charges.
How We Build and Maintain Your Amazon Store
Every store starts with your catalog and brand assets. After launch, the work moves into a schedule of updates you can follow through our ticketing system.
Catalog and Asset Review
We review your ASINs, variations, listing health and the brand assets you already have, and confirm your brand is enrolled in Brand Registry so the Store builder is available.
Page Plan and Build
We agree the page structure with you, then build each page in the Store builder, linking every image tile to a store page or a product detail page.
Preview and Publish
You approve a preview of both device views. We submit the store for publishing, schedule a go-live date if you have one, and respond to any moderation feedback.
Ongoing Store Updates
We update your store for product launches, deals and seasonal events, and read your Store insights to see which pages need work next.

FAQ
Answers to what brands ask before handing us their Amazon Store:
![]()
What Is Included When You Design My Amazon Store?
Planning your store's pages, building them in the Store builder, placing your ASINs, preparing your brand assets and submitting the store for review.
After launch, we keep pages current as your catalog and promotions change.
Do I Need Brand Registry to Create an Amazon Store?
Yes, if you sell through Seller Central. Amazon makes Brand Stores available to sellers enrolled in Brand Registry, as well as to vendors and agencies.
You don't need to run ads to have a store, and creating one is free.
Do You Create Custom Graphics and Photography?
We build with the logos, photos and videos you provide, and handle basic image edits such as cropping and resizing.
If you need new photography or custom graphic design, raise it on your consultation call and we'll confirm what we can take on.
How Long Does It Take to Launch a Brand Store?
The build depends on how many pages and products your store needs. Once we submit it, Amazon says moderation can take up to 24 hours.
We plan your launch date around that review window.
Why Was My Amazon Store Rejected?
Common reasons include claims without substantiation, prices or pack sizes added to images, and website addresses or contact details in store content.
We fix the flagged content and resubmit the store for you.
How Often Should a Brand Store Be Updated?
Amazon recommends a refresh at least every 90 days, and whenever you launch products or run a promotion.
In Amazon's data, stores updated within the past 90 days drew 11% more repeat visitors.
