Which type of Amazon seller is "Seller Candy" designed for?
Seller Candy is designed for Amazon 3P and 1P sellers who want to outsource their Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central tasks and focus on scaling their business. This service is particularly beneficial for:
- Private Label and Resellers: Those who need assistance with tasks like catalog management, inventory management, inactive listings, account health violations, hijackers, etc.
- Established Businesses of All Sizes: We fit in really well with businesses in growth mode or ones with larger catalogs and consistent operational support needs.

Will I receive a dedicated agent? Who will I talk to?
Bronze & Silver Tiers: These tiers don't include a dedicated agent. You'll have access to our general support team for any questions.
Gold & Platinum Tiers: You'll be assigned a dedicated Seller Candy agent who will be your primary point of contact for all your Amazon needs.
How long are your service contracts?
Seller Candy offers month-to-month service plans, providing flexibility to adjust your needs as your business grows. There's no long-term contract commitment.
What hours does your team operate?
Our Seller Candy team operates extended hours to ensure you receive the support you need, whenever you need it. Keep in mind that our availability is limited on the weekends.
I can’t find a good time to book a meeting, how can I talk to you?
We understand finding a time that works for everyone can be tricky! Here are a couple of ways we can connect:

What forms of payments do you accept?
We use credit card payments powered by Stripe. If you have any specific questions please feel free to chat with us directly.
So what type of tasks and duties are NOT handled by Seller Candy?
Currently, we do not handle Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC), Customer Service, including messages from customers or “feedback removal strategies” as mentioned above in the FAQ. We also do not handle any type of LEGAL or TAX issues with Seller Central.
