Why Verification Fails — and How Seller Candy Fixes It
Common Errors Seller Candy Fix
Cropped or partial images uploaded Full page not visible; edges cut off. We produce full-page, uncropped scans and run a pre-submission check so every edge and security feature is visible.
Black-and-white or low-resolution copies Security features may not render. We ensure color, high-resolution PDFs/JPEGs with legible text and clear watermarks/security patterns.
Address/name doesn’t match Seller Central Typo, old address, nickname vs legal name. Consistency audit: we align the legal name and address across every document and your Seller Central profile before you upload.
Out-of-date documents Proof of address older than 90–180 days; expired ID. We verify issue dates and validity (proof within 90–180 days depending on region; IDs unexpired) and request updated statements if needed.
Non-English documents with no certified translation We arrange certified translations and bundle the original + translation per Amazon’s regional rules.
Screenshots instead of proper scans/photos We convert to true document scans (full page, no UI chrome) in accepted formats (PDF/JPEG).
Bank statement or letter doesn’t show required fields Missing name, address, or bank logo. We obtain a bank-issued statement/letter showing official logo, your legal name, and address that match Seller Central.
Business documentation incomplete No incorporation cert/tax registration where required. We compile the correct business license/incorporation/tax registration set based on your country and entity type.
